Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Dent-O-Shine, we value operational efficiency and our clinicians’ time blocks. Please carefully review our structured policy regarding booking changes and refunds:
1. Appointment Adjustments & Cancellations
- Patients have the freedom to reschedule or cancel their booked slot up to 24 hours prior to the designated time at zero additional penalization.
- Cancellations processed inside the narrow 24-hour window before the appointment may forfeit the basic processing token, subject to administration choices.
2. Refund Execution Lifecycle
- For slots cancelled legitimately outside the 24-hour check window, or if Dent-O-Shine cancels due to unresolvable clinical emergency shifts, a standard complete refund will be dispatched.
- Approved refunds are securely passed back to the patient’s original source route (UPI string, Card, or Net Banking) through the PhonePe dashboard.
- The total settlement window typically takes 5 to 7 business days to populate back into your financial statement overview, directly dependent on standard banking timelines.
3. No-Show Metric Missing an appointment without giving the clinic any warning will cause the booking code to be voided automatically, and no refund adjustments will be provided.
